Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days upon delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

EXCHANGE

If an exchange is required due to personal dissatisfaction due to size variation or color, please inform us within 7 days of delivery.

Do note that in the event the exchanging item price is lower than the first purchase order we do not refund if there is any balance. When exchanging, you can purchase something equal to or more than the first order amount and pay if there is any balance.

Upon inspection, if the item has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse either a refund/exchange.

Please also note that there will be a delivery charge for exchanges depending on the location.

Upon receiving the item as mentioned above the refund/exchange will be completed.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will arrange a prepaid courier pickup for you.
